Summer Time Conditions & Heat Rash
In the spirit of summer this post aims to tackle signs, symptoms and treatments for Heat Rash. Heat rash is also known as miliaria or prickly heat. It is caused when ducts from eccrine sweat glands that lead to the skin's surface are blocked or inflamed. It usually comes up as inflamed red bumps very similar to small pimples or blisters and bring with it a pretty intense itch most times.
